What happens mentally and physically when you experience stress? Some people may experience stress earlier than others, but too much stress often results in the same thing: fight, flight or freeze. By means of various exercises we look for those moments of stress and we learn to use your stress as a motor instead of a brake. You learn to deal with it better and to stay ahead of peak stress moments.

Tackle root causes
We go to the root of the matter. Through our exercises, you’ll be able to: explore root causes, become aware of your limits, overcome anxieties and find balance in difficult situations. Whilst getting fit!

The result is a balanced personal and work life. You are resilient enough to deal with anything that comes your way. And are able set boundaries and to choose your own path and say no (and yes!) to the right things.

Am I obligated to complete the 12 week program?

No, you are not. We do highly recommend to commit yourself for at least 12 weeks to make a lasting change towards grow.

Are the programs personalised?

Yes, each and every program is tailored to the wants and needs of the person or organisation that we work for. In al cases we rely on numerous (psychological) studies, and experience.

What exactly is your program about? What will I learn?

Our entire program created by a psychomotorisch and physical therapist and Olympic coach, Louis Wijdenbosch. Our program is based on numerous psychological studies. By combining psychology and sport into personalised strategies, you’ll be able to live your best life. Both physically and mentally. 

How many sessions do I need to recover from my burnout?

We recommend to at least complete a 12 week program. This will help you develop real and lasting changes.

This is not working. Can I get my money back?
